Rosemary “Diane” Jacobi, age 61, of Medford, passed away Tuesday, September
3, 2019 at her residence.
Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held.
Diane was born on May 10, 1958 in Marshfield to Lawrence and Elaine (Gruny)
Jacobi. She graduated from Colby High School. Diane had worked as a
telemarketer.
She is survived by her sister Shelia (Bob) Frazer of Mount Vernon, WA. Diane
was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers John and Joseph.
Hemer Funeral Service of Medford and Rib Lake has been entrusted with
arrangements.
