Demuth, Corinne Carol (Marriage – 26 July 1975)

Miss Corinne Carol Demuth and Timothy John Skalitzky were married Saturday, July 26, at the Neillsville United Methodist Church in a 2:30 p.m. ceremony concelebrated by the Rev. William Noble and Fr. Peter Fagan. Bali Hai Supper Club was the setting later for a dinner, reception and dance.

Parents of the couple are Mrs. Ada Demuth, Loyal and Mr. and Mrs. Stephan Skalitzky, Sun Prairie.

The bride’s empire-waist gown was fashioned with a bodice of venise lace above a polyester organza A-line skirt and train with lace detail. Her Juliet cap of matching lace held a fingertip veil of illusion outlined with venise lace. She carried a colonial bouquet of assorted flowers and roses.

Christine Ziegler, La Crosse, was the bride’s honor attendant and Miss Lori Skalitzky, Sun Prairie, was her bridesmaid. Their mint green empire-waist gowns with white venise lace trim were complimented by matching hats and colonial bouquets of assorted flowers.

Attending the groom were Richard Skalitzky, Sun Prairie, as bestman and Michael Demuth, Aurora, Il., as groomsman. Tom Skalitzky, Waterloo, and Steve Gamm, Wauwatosa, shared ushering duties.

Mrs. James Musil was the organist.

A 1972 graduate of Loyal High School, the bride attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse the past three years and will be a student at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Her husband graduated from Sun Prairie High School in 1970 and from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1974, with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education. He is employed as a junior high school teacher.

The couple will live in Stevens Point.
