Wiggen, John O. (17 Apr. 1900 – 12 Dec. 1967)

John O. Wiggen, 67, of Route 2, Black River Falls, passed away Tuesday at the Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, where he had been a patient about two weeks.

He was born April 17, 1900 in Jackson county. He was engaged in truck driving.

He was a veteran of World Wars One and Two. He was very active with the local VFW Post.

Never Married, Mr. Wiggen is survived by one brother, Bernie, with whom he lived near Black River Falls.

The funeral for him was at 2 p.m. Friday from the Little Norway Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Robert Salveson officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Military rites were performed at the graveside. Friends called at the Torgerson Funeral Home.
