Lautenbach, Arlo H. (1 July 1902 - 6 August 1968)

Funeral services were held Friday from St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church for Arlo H. Lautenbach, 66, of Neillsville, who died August 6, in Neillsville. The Rev. Norman W. Lindloff officiated. Burial was made in Zion American Lutheran Church cemetery in the Town of Grant.

Pallbearers were Ervin, Raymond and Alfred Foemmel, Frank Paun, Robert Larsen and Arden Hinkelmann. Edward Schoenherr, accompanied by Victor Lehmann, sang, “Who Knows When Death May Overtake Me” and “Abide with Me.”

People from out of town attending included: Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Wikum of Edgerton; Mr. and Mrs. Werner Jahnke of Elgin, Ill.; Mrs. Ann Goodrich and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Goodrich of Janesville; Gerold Goodrich of St. Paul, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lautenbach, Rodney and Glenda, of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Ebert of Black River Falls; Frank Paun of Rockford, Ill.; Robert Larsen of Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Violet Schmidt of Green Bay; and Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Gotter of Loyal.

From Granton attending were: Mrs. Nelda Garbisch, Martin Lautenbach, Leland Garbisch, Irene Mott, Mrs. Anna Pischer, Barbara Mott, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lautenbach, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hillert, Marvin E. Garbisch, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Garbisch, and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Foemmel.
