Henry and Willie Eibergen left for Tripoli, Wis., Monday of this week, where tehy expect to spend the winter working in the camps.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dankemyer, Mr. and Mrs. John Martin, Anna Sternitzky visited at Aug. F. Dankemyer's on Sunday.

A host of friends gathered at the Ernest Hankey home on Saturday evening of last week and gave them a surprise. It was their tenth anniversary. A good time was reported by all.

Mr. and Mrs. Al Christenson and son Harley autoed to Loyal Sunday to see his mother and brought her back with them for a few days visit.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Dankemyer autoed to Marshfield Sunday to see Mr. Baxter, who is at the hospital. While there they called on Mr. Timerson who was taken there two weeks ago last Sunday, finding a very sick man, but they have hopes of his recovery.

Chas. Ley went to Greenwood on business on Saturday.

Conrad Henninger is doing the plowing on the old Hotchkiss farm. Ervin Dankemyer is driving one of his teams.

Tony Hornick has found a new invention on his Ford. He says it is a stronger engine that has no water tank with it or a barrel of some sort.

Minnie and Louise Kruthooff from Marshfield spent Saturday and Sunday with their friend Hanna Dankemyer, and took in the party at Ernest Handke's.

Mrs. Cora Dow spent Sunday at Sherman Davis'.

Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Dankemyer autoed to Neillsville on business last Thursday.

Peter Smith suoted out from Lynn to Wellie Davis' to take Mr. and Mrs. Wellie davis and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Muir back with them to spend the day on Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Willie Pischer came out from Marshfield Saturday for a few days' visit at John Eibergen's.
