Chicago will be the future home of John Walker Faucett and his bride, the former Miss Mary Lucille De Guire, who were married at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, Stevens Point.

Parents of the young people are Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Faucett, Fairview Village, Stevens Point, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lamar De Guire, 1700 Wyatt ave., Stevens Point.

The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John R. McGinley officiated at the 12 o'clock ceremony, with the Rev. Norbert Wilger, West Salem, a close friend of the two families, as narrator for the nuptials.

Robert Krembs, organist, played a wedding processional as the bride and her father approached the altar. Mr. Krembs accompanied Mrs. William Taylor as she sang "Ave Maria," "The Lord is My Shepherd" and "O Lord, I am not Worthy."

Gold standards at each side of the altar held white gladioli and Fuji mums. Candelabra with whtie candles were on the altar. Charles, Outman, Chicago, and Kennenth Cisewski, Rochester, Minn., the bride's brother-in-law, ushered the guests to their places in pews marked with white satin bows.

The former Miss DeGuire wore an A-line gown of peau de soie. A floor length dress featured Alencon lace, embroidered in seed pearls, and clusters of beads at the waist. Matching wide lace edged the Kabucki sleeves. Tiny covered buttons extended down the center of a Watteau panel which falls from the shoulders to a train.

An open circlet held her tiered elbow length veil of imported illusion. She carried a cluster of Eucheris lilies and salal leaves.

Golden wheat colored Saki fashioned the bridal aides, Mrs. Kenneth (Bonnie) Cisewski, Rochester, Minn., who is her sister's matron of honor, and Mrs. Ronald (Carol) Feltz, Saginaw, Mich., and Mrs. Allen (Donna) Epers, Kenosha, two other sisters, Mrs. Ronald (Penny) Cornwell, Stevens Point, the bridegroom's sister, who were the bridesmaids.

Their ankle length A-line dresses had tiered skirts, scoop necklines and short sleeves with flared cuffs. Matching circlets were worn in their hair. Pale green full mums and oak leaves were in their cluster bouquets.

Mr. Faucett had hsi brother-in-law, Ronald Cornwell, as his best man. Mr. Outman and Mrs. Cisewski took their places with Robert Buti, Chicago, to serve as groomsmen.

Immediately following the nuptials, 175 guests gathered in the Windsor Room of Hotel Whiting for a reception and luncheon. The serving table had a centerpiece of white gladioli and Fuji mums.

White pompon mums were in bud vases for the other tables. Assisting at the reception were Miss Lynn Fecteau and Mrs. Sylvester Jurgella.

The bridegroom's parents entertained at a rehearsal dinner Friday evening at Pete's Silver Coach.

A wedding trip to Niagara Falls and Canada is planned by the bridal pair. After Oct. 1 their address in Chicago will be 4855 N. Harding.

Mr. Faucett, a graduate of p.J. Jacobs High School and the Chicago Automation Institute, is a computer programmer for Curits Candy Co. His bride, a graduate of Maria High School and a student at Wis. State University - Stevens Point for two years, has been employed in the checkout service of the Southside IGA Foodliner.
