Lund, Clarence (27 August 1906 – 17 May 1988)
Clarence Lund, 81, of Humbird died Tuesday, May 17, at Black River Memorial 
Hospital. He was born August 27, 1906, in Carlton, MN, to Andrew and Christine 
(Johnson) Lund. Since 1959, he owned and operated the Lucky 12 Tavern in Humbird 
and was a member of the Clark County Tavern League.
He married Florence Gauthier November 27, 1929, in South Milwaukee and she 
preceded him in death on February 4, 1979.
Surviving is one son, Andrew of Eau Claire; two daughters Joan, Mrs. Gilbert 
Nelson of Randolph, and Linda, Mrs. Al Putman of Humbird; two brothers, Verner 
of Hales Corners and Gilbert of Flint, MI; a sister, Anne Bernhardson of Thief 
River Falls, MN; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
