Jensen, Marie Ann (18 June 1983)

Miss Marie Ann Jensen and Steven William Thomas, both of Eau Claire, were married June 18 by Dr. Edwin M. Hegge in Springbrook Lutheran Church Springbrook.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Jensen, Route 1, Dorchester, was given in marriage by her parents to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Thomas of Elk Lake.

The bride had a white silk organza and chantilly lace entrained gown and a floral wreath holding a fingertip veil of illusion. She carried a bridal bouquet.

Also having floral arrangement were the bridal attendants, Miss Mary Richmond of Fall Creek, the maid of honor, and Shelba Schilling of Colby, Bonnie Jensen of Owen and Ann Shager, Elk Lake, the bridesmaids. They had lavender formals with capes.

Attending the bridegroom were Tom Bartelt, best man; Dave Hilburger, Dale Jensen of Owen and Tom Briggs, Eau Claire, groomsmen; and Mark and Dane Jensen and Eric Shager, ushers.

The Cotillion Room of the Civic Center Inn in Eau Claire was the setting for the reception. After a two-week wedding trip to California and Arizona, the Thomases will continue to live in Eau Claire, where their address is 3922 Clay St.
