Piper, Emil (1922-4 July 1983)
Emil Piper, 61, Mulino, Oregon, formerly of Owen, died there Monday. He had been
living there for about 25 years. Prior to that he farmed in the Owen area.
He married Alice Vandeberg of the Owen area October 25, 1947. She survives along
with a daughter, Mrs. Eldon (Catherine) Elwood of Salem, Oregon, a
step-grandson, and several sisters.
Services will be Thursday in Oregon. The body will be cremated.
