SLACKERS ARRESTED AT SPENCER, WIS.

(Associated Press Leased Wire)

Madison, Wis., Aug. 24.--Charles Lueht, Jenny Ikler, alias Jenny Seubert and Conrad J. Seubert have been arrested at Spencer, Wis., on a charge of conspiracy against the government in an attempt to evade the draft law.

Seubert, after being passed by examining officials, claimed exemption on the grounds that he had a dependent wife, alleging in his affidavit that he was married to Mrs. Jenny Ikler in October, 1915. Investigation by federal authorities revealed the fact that Seubert is not married. Lueht is held as a co-conspirator.
