Gustave Wilhelmi (26 Jun 1881 - 13 Apr 1948)

Abbotsford (Special) Gustave Wilhelmi, 65, who was ill for a month, died of a cerebral hemorrhage at 7:55 a. m. today at his home at Abbotsford.

The body will lie in state at the Zink Funeral Home until the time of the funeral services Friday (16 Apr 1948) afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. George E. Griffiths, Presbyterian minister, will conduct the rites and burial will be made in the Abbotsford cemetery.

Mr. Wilhelm was born in Waukesha June 26, 1881, and was married to Hazel Phaneuf at Abbotsford June 26, 1907. He was employed by the Soo Railroad since 1900 and was a resident at Abbotsford since his marriage.

Survivors include his wife; a brother, Charles, Abbotsford; and a sister, Mrs. Peter (Bertha Augusta Emilie Wilhelmi) Wilbert, also of Abbotsford. A brother, Henry, died March 5 of this year.
