Otto Andre Laid To Rest

Funeral services were held at the Trinity Lutheran Church Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock for Otto Andre 75, who died at his home in the village Tuesday evening as the result of a stroke suffered a week ago. The Rev. A. C. Stapel officiated.

The body was taken to the Swarthout Funeral Home where it lie in state until 11 o’clock Saturday morning when it was taken to the church. Interment took place in the North Spencer cemetery.

Pallbearers were Frank Neumann, Herman Bruss, Ed. Ertl, Wm. Kobs, Wm. Ewald and Roy Hebert.

Mrs. Arnold Luepke and Rochelle Fenhouse had charge of the flowers.

Mr. Andre was born July 14, 1873, at Iron Ridge. At the age o f8 he came with his parents to a farm northwest of Spencer and 28 years ago he moved into the village. He was married on November 25, 1897 to Miss Mame Cramer in Spencer.

Surviving are his wife, two sons, Herman, Spencer; and Vern, Muskegon, Michigan; and one daughter Mrs. William Fenhouse, Ladysmith. He is also survived by two brothers, Charles and Robert of spencer; and two sisters, Mrs. Otto Seefeldt, Unity and Mrs. William Schwartz, Oshkosh. He has eight grandchildren.

Out of Town persons attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Fenhouse and daughter, Ladysmith; Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Schwartz, Oshkosh; Mrs. Otto Seefeldt, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Diethman, Unity; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Domer and daughter, Colby; Mr. and Mrs. Claire Obenhoffer,Mmrs. Jo Obenhoffer, Chelsea; Werner Andre and son James, Muskegon, Michigan; Charles W. Cramer, King; George and Myron Cramer, Marathon City; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Cramer, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Willenr, Mrs. Frank Giles, Mrs. Georgiane Hartl, James Giles, and Mrs. Adolph Wein, Marshfield and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Seefeldt, Chili.
