SILVER WEDDING

Mrs. Fred Stargardt and Mrs. Ervin Hoops were hostesses at a party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Below Saturday evening in celebration of their silver wedding anniversary.

Cards furnished the entertainment of the evening. Ten tables were in play and prizes awarded to Mrs. Karl Moen, and Thurston Moen, first; Miss Pauline Stargardt and Norman Kommer, second & Mrs. Ralph Fischer, low and Thurston Moen, traveling prize. Lunch was served.

Sunday evening Mrs. Lloyd Hoops was hostess at another party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Below given for the relatives. Five tables of cards were in play and prizes merited by Mrs. Thurston Moen and Wm. Schweke, first; Mrs. Alvin Anderson and Carl Moen, second; Mrs. Joe Hederer, low; and Thurston Moen traveling.

Lunch was served by the hostess. Many greeting cards were received by the honored couple and a purse of money was presented to them by each group.

The Record joins their many local friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for many more years of happy wedded life together.
