Sherwood (6 November 1969)

Mr. and Mrs. Francis Jacobson called at the Ralph Scholtz home Thursday evening.

Mrs. Fred Heath was a dinner guest of Miss Irma Hofferman Thursday evening in Wisconsin Rapids.

Mrs. Arlan Castner and daughter, Cindy, of Marshfield were guests at the Norman Freedlund home several days last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Lindow of Washburn called at the Francis Jacobson home Thursday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. James Noah spent the weekend at the Fred Heath home. Sunday guests there were Mrs. Hildegard Moeller and Mrs. Clara Hendricks of Stratford.

Miss Karen Fluegel was guest of honor at a party at her home Monday afternoon. It was her seventh birthday.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church observed family night at the church Sunday evening. Films were shown and pie and ice cream were served.

The town board met Saturday night at the Milden Schwanebeck home.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Schwanebeck and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Dickson were dinner guests Sunday at the Dean Dickson home.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wilhorn and grandson of Nekoosa were dinner guests Sunday at the John Fluegel home.

Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Gehre of Nekoosa were supper guests Sunday at the Francis Jacobson home.
