Schroeder, Minnie (11 DEC 1912)

Mr. Henry W. Meyer of Reedsburg, Wis., and Miss Minnie Schroeder of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in the holy bonds of matrimony by the Rev. H.P. Kroencke of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church of Chicago, Ill. on Dec. 11, 1912, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Jones of Chicago.

The bridesmaid was Miss Clara Guipke of Chicago, and the best man Mr. Geo. Meyer, brother of the groom.

The bride looked very beautiful in a gown of embroidered voile and lace over white satin, carrying a beautiful shower bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley.

The bridesmaid also looked beautiful, becomingly gowned in blue satin, carrying a bouquet of pink roses.

After the ceremony the wedded couple and guests were seated to a bountiful turkey supper, the table being beautifully decorated with ferns and pink carnations.

After supper the bride and groom departed for Madison, Wis. To see Miss Clara Schroeder, a sister of the bride, then they will continue their journey and spend their honeymoon with the parents of the bride at Greenwood. Their future home will be Reedsburg, Wis.

Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Meyer and Mr. Geo. Meyer, brothers and sister-in-law of the groom, also of Reedsburg, Wis., were present at the wedding.

The bride received many very beautiful and useful presents from her many friends in Chicago.
