Mr. and Mrs. Francis Kipp and son, Wayne, of Milwaukee were recent weekend guests of her mother, Mrs. Marie Keller, and Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Ott and family and Mrs. Doris Potter and family. Wayne, who is on furlough from Germany, will report to Fort Lewis, Wash., shortly. All were dinner guests Sunday of Mrs. Keller.

Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Pischer and daughters, Kathleen and Carolyn, were weekend guests of their son, Kenneth, and his wife in Madison.

Dinner guests recently of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Gerber were their son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Gerber and family of Rockford, Ill., and her patents, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Halle and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Junchen. They were joined in the afternoon by Mr. Gerber’s sisters and husbands, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Deering and Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Schlinsog of Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hagie and children, Bruce and Sandy, of Oshkosh visited his mother, Mrs. Vivian Hagie, recently. Bruce, a machinist’s mate in the naval air corps, was to leave Wednesday for San Diego, Calif., where he will attend school.

Wilbur Anderson is visiting his mother, Mrs. Harry Anderson.

Mr. and Mrs. Garald Hart visited recently with his brothers and wives, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Hart and family of Faribault and Mr. and Mrs. Vern Hart and family of Northfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Schlinsog of Chili called on Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Gerber recently.

Jon Zuege and wife of Madison were recent callers at the George May home. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Casler, also of Madison, visited Mr. and Mrs. May one day last week. Mrs. May returned recently from Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for more than two weeks.

Recent guests of Mrs. Vivian Hagie were Mrs. George Marek of Hatfield and Mr and Mrs. Clark Pedersen of Soldiers Grove.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Subke, Jr., and daughters of New Richmond and Mr. and Mrs. John Subke were dinner guests Sunday of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Subke, Sr.

Mrs. Hattie Forman of the Town of York was a supper guest Tuesday night of Miss Estella Krejci.

Mrs. Ida Nehls returned Monday night from Chicago, Ill., where she had been for 10 days caring for a cousin, Mrs. Ward, who had been ill.
