Mrs. Fred Kocher's sister and little son returned to their home at Milwaukee on Saturday.

Maude and Ralph Steele of Thorp have been guests at the home of Martin Recheleu the past week.

Minnie Palmquist of Rockford, Wis. Came Saturday for a visit at the home of Chas. Anderson.

Beatrice Ketchpaw visited Anna Schwarz the past week.

Lois Lloyd of Neillsville and Emil Drummond of Greenwood called on Alice Recheleu Monday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Helmer Engen took supper with Marius Recheleu and wife Monday evening.

Mable LaTart visited friends at Bright Saturday and Sunday.

Arthur Steele and two children, Ruth and Artie of Thorp visited his sister, Mrs. M. Recheleu, Sunday.

During the storm Saturday evening, lightning struck the barn of August Acker. Just how much damage was done is not known.

Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Hanson entertained Mrs. Bredeson and two children of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. Benson and family of Longwood, Lauretta Himes and Ed Anderson on Sunday.

The party at Martin Recheleu's on Thursday evening was well attended and all enjoyed a pleasant evening dancing and playing games.

Emil Boolhen of Chicago is visiting at Mr. Nelson's.

Anna Schwarz left for Minneapolis Saturday morning.

Otto Creg, Clifford Breneman and best girls took in the dance at Wm. Scheel's Saturday evening.
