Neillsville Locals (2 April 1970)

Mrs. Adam Dunow of Stratford, Irvin Taylor and Betty and Peggy, Mrs. Oliver Smock and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Taylor of Black River Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Havlicek of Neillsville, were dinner and supper guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Havlicek and children, Darla and Donnie.

Mr. and Mrs. William Schwellenbach accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Myron Clark of Beloit to Eau Claire Saturday. They visited the Arne Schwellenbach family and met for the first time their new great-granddaughter, Lisa Jo, born March 18, to Mr. and Mrs. Joe Schwellenbach of Eau Claire.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Schmidt and family of Rt. 2 and her mother, Mrs. Catherine Shambaugh and Dean, spent the weekend in Genesee, Ill., visiting their brother and son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Shambaugh, and family. Others present included Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Shambaugh of Atkinson, Ill. They drove into snow in Illinois on Friday afternoon and report about an inch of snow on the ground Saturday morning. Enroute home they visited Mr. and Mrs. James Redmond and son, Anthony, in Rockford, Ill. Mrs. Redmond is the former Linda Shambaugh.

Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Schwellenbach and family of Durand spent Monday with Mr. and Mrs. William Schwellenbach.

Mrs. Antoinette Cram spent the Easter weekend with her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Cram and family and with the grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Gene Calkins and family of Janesville visited from Saturday to Monday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Shaw. Joining them Sunday were Kenneth Eddy and family and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Shaw and family.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kalsow and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Kuhn and family and Mrs. Clara Short were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. George Allbaugh.

Mrs. Roman Piotrowski and her sister, Helen Reznik, spent Thursday at Marshfield and in the evening visited their nephew and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tichy and family of Stratford.
