Tioga (20 Jan 1916)

The Ladies Aid Society will meet with Mrs. Wm. Humboldt on Thursday, Feb. 3.

There will be church services every other Tuesday, beginning on Jan. 18th.

John and Earl Shepard returned to Fairchild Monday.

Helen Wilcox spent Tuesday and Wednesday with Vera Slover.

Adelia Church spent Tuesday afternoon and evening with Vera Slover.

Mrs. Fenhouse and sons visited with her daughter, Mrs. Grave Ingham, last Wednesday.

Word was received here Saturday of the death of Wm. Westphal at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Dimple Stafford, at Greenwood. The remains were brought to Tioga Monday and will be laid to rest in the Neillsville Cemetery beside his son, James, who died a little over a year ago. The family have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community.

Pearl and Clark Wilcox took supper at their uncle Jim Bigelow’s, Sunday.

C.J. Bigelow is loading a car with wood for Ern Flick.
