Franz, Emil #2 (?– 02 NOV 1965*)

NEILLSVILLE – Several Clark County relatives attended the funeral of Emil A. Franz, 58, in Sheridan, Wyo., the past week.  Mr. Franz was born in greenwood, where he received his education and grew to manhood.  He served in the Navy in World War II and had lived several years in Wyoming.

Those who drove to Sheridan for the services were Mrs. Olga Reineking, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Franz, Mrs. Oscar Franz, Mrs. Mike Bolf, Mrs. Theodore Wessel, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Schwarze, Mrs. Henry Laube and Mrs. Selma Churkey.

Services were held in the Champion Funeral Home, Sheridan, with burial in the Custer National cemetery.

Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Harvey Schwarze, Mrs. Henry Laube, Mrs. Selma Churkey, Mrs. Michael Bolf and Mrs. Theodore Wessel, and four brothers, Edwin, Oscar, Leondo and Theodore.  Theodore resides in Oregon state.  The others are Clark County residents.
