Huebner, Dale E. (4 October 1927 - 10 August 2013)

Dale E. Huebner, 85, of Black River Falls and formerly of Humbird died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, in the Family Heritage Care Center in Black River Falls.

Dale was born in Medford, Oct. 4, 1927, to George and Lydia (Distlehorst) Huebner. He was raised on a farm near Medford and Whitelsey. He married Darlene Van Kirk in Neillsville. Dale drove truck for 31 years for Kenosha Auto Transport. He also drilled wells part-time.

Surviving are his wife, Darlene Huebner, Black River Falls; one son, Bruce (Julie) Huebner, Delmar, CA; two daughters, Diane (Joey) Blinston, Sparta, and Kathy Huebner, Sparta; one sister, Carol (Glenn) Leischer, Spooner; four grandchildren, Seth (Holly) Huebner, Tyler (Erica) Huebner, Hilary (Tim) Mickelson and Dale Blinston; two great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Mickelson and Ryan Huebner; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Arthur; and three sisters, Becky, Ann and Elsie.

Graveside Memorial funeral services are tentatively scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at Mentor Cemetery, Humbird.
