Gotter, Bonnie Ann (Marriage - 5 June 1971)

Wedding vows were exchanged at 1 p.m. on June 5 by bonnie Ann Gotter, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Gotter of Rt. 1 Loyal, and Leslie Gene Timm, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Timm of Unity. The Rev. William Humlie performed the double-ring ceremony at Trinity Lutheran Church in Loyal before 125 guests. A wedding reception was held at K-Corners.

The bride wore a white caged-style gown and bouffant veil as she was given in marriage by her father. She carried a bouquet of white daisies.

Miss Joane Smith of Greeley, Ia., was the maid-of-honor. Bridesmaids were Susan Fravert and Kathy Rowley, both of Loyal. The bridal attendants wore empire-styled gowns and daisy headpieces which matched the daisies in the baskets they carried. Cheryl Gotter was the flowergirl and Kevin Gotter the ringbearer. Both are from Loyal.

Bestman was Gene Gotter of Loyal. Groomsmen were Ronnie Engel of Greeley, Ia., and Karris Gadke of Unity. Danny Kollmansberger and Orville Barkow served as ushers.

The bride is a graduate of Loyal High School. Her husband graduated from Colby High School and is employed in Loyal. The newlyweds are making their home on Rt. 1 Loyal.

Gotter, Bonnie Ann (5 JUN 1971)

Miss Bonnie Ann Gotter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Gotter, Loyal, became the bride of Leslie Gene Timm, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Timm, Unity in a 1 p.m. ceremony performed Saturday, June 5, 1971, by the Rev. William Humlie at Trinity Lutheran church, Loyal.

Dressed in a white cage-styled gown, Miss Gotter was attended by Joane Smith, Greeley, Iowa, matron of honor, and the bridesmaids, Susan Fravert and Kathy Rowly, both of Loyal.

The attendants wore empire dresses with matching headpieces, and each carried a basket of daisies.

Serving as best man was Gene Gotter, Loyal. Groomsmen were Lonnie Engel, Greeley, Iowa, and Kerrin Gadke, Unity.

Cheryl Gotter was flower girl and Kevin Gotter, ring bearer. Danny Kollmansberger and Orville Barkow ushered. Pam Wolfe was the organist.

Following the church services there was a reception at K-Corners, supper at the church, and a dance at the Unity Hall.

The bride is a 1971 graduate of Loyal High School. Timm, a Colby High School graduate, is employed at Black River Campers in Loyal.

The couple will reside at Route 1, Loyal.
