Friday night, April 18, 1952, is the date chose for the Junior Class Prom of the
Greenwood High School. Howie Sturtz will furnish the music for their theme "Deep
Purple." Dancing will start at 9:00 p.m. in the high school gym.
The
Juniors chose George Moore Jr., son of M-Sgt. and Mrs. George Moore Sr. of
Willard to be the prom king, and he chose Marian Kirn, also of Willard, to be
his queen.
The crown bearers are Janice and Dennis Ackerman, daughter and
son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Ackerman.
The chaperones for the evening will
be Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Ackerman, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart Sr., Mr. and Mrs.
Allen Wuethrich and Dr. and Mrs. Wm. Olson, all of Greenwood.
The Grand
March will be held at 10:30 p.m.
