Klovas, Antoinette (27 OCT 1901 - 21 DEC 1952)

Mrs. Wm. Klovas, nee Antoinette Lucas, was born Oct. 27, 1901 in Chicago, Ill.

On Oct. 10, 1919 she was married to William Klovas in Chicago. They resided there until 1926, when they came to the Town of Mead, Clark County, Wis. and lived here until her death.

Mrs. Klovas passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield on Dec. 21, 1952 following a lingering illness.

Funeral services were held at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard, on Wednesday, Dec. 24th at 10:00 a.m., and she was laid to rest in the Catholic Cemetery. The Rev. Father Augustine Svete officiated.

The pallbearers were Michael Klapatauskas Jr., Julius Klapatauskas, Alex Badzinski, Thomas Polnaszek, Michael Snider and Erich Kapfer.

She is survived by her husband, three sons, Wm. Jr., Ironwood, Mich.; George, Thorp; Richard at home; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Marian) Rittel, Nanatchee, Wash.; Mrs. Glen (Elizabeth) Dahl, Eau Claire; a brother, Anthony Lucas, Thorp; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Gordon and Miss Betty Lucas, Chicago.
