Robert "Bobby" A. Lulloff, age 70, of Owen, died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Ministry St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. Services will be held this summer at the Hoard Town Hall.

Bobby was born on August 21, 1943 on the family farm in the Town of Hoard. He was united in marriage to Pearl Haemer on September 3, 1980 in Neillsville. Bobby worked at Master Packaging in Colby for eight years. He also served in the National Guard for six years.

Bobby trapped and stretched 98 beaver hides in one season. He enjoyed fishing, including catching 100 bluegills and croppies in one day. He enjoyed visiting maple syrup shacks, including New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Canada and driving under the canopy of trees through the back roads of the Chequamegon National Forest, stopping to pick blackberries and raspberries.. He also enjoyed hunting deer in Wisconsin and Wyoming and hunting elk in Colorado, where he shot nine and on the 10th one the gun jammed. Bobby also loved cooking maple syrup, and made awesome syrup for over 40 years. Some years, they even had over 10,000 taps. He liked cutting down his big red oak trees for fire wood and pulling them with International tractor. Bobby also liked to pick blueberries and cherries. He loved his little puppy-dog, Moe, who was always by his side. Moe is still looking for Bobby to come home. But most importantly, he loved his family and loved visiting with his grandchildren.

Bobby is survived by his wife, Pearl; two daughters: Cheryl Lulloff of Owen and Lynn (Aaron) Waldhauser of Loyal; two grandchildren: William and Annastasia; a brother, James Lulloff, Sr. of Owen and his sister, Darlene (Clarence) Richards of Black River Falls; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and one sister: Vernard, Carman, Arlyn and Helen Walz.
