Quast, Mr./Mrs. Martin (Silver - 21 OCT 1953)

On Sunday, Oct. 18, 1953 Mr. and Mrs. Martin Quast celebrated their Silver Wedding anniversary at Our Savior's Lutheran Church parlors from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. A program was presented and lunch served. The couple received gifts and money and many nice cards.

In the evening many friends and relatives called at the home.

Miss Hilda Dyre, daughter of Mrs. Annie Dyre, Greenwood, and Martin Quast, son of Mrs. Anna Quast, Neillsville, were united in marriage at the home of the bride's mother on Oct. 21, 1928 by Rev. M.K. Aaberg.

To this union were born, a daughter, Mrs. Glenn (Beverly) Sisson of Oklahoma and a son Allen at home.

The occasion was celebrated on the 18th instead of the 22nd because their daughter had to return to Oklahoma.
