Abbotsford Pioneer Died at Owen Hospital Wednesday
(By News-Herald Correspondent)

Abbotsford, May 29—Funeral services were conducted at the Reform Church, Colby, Saturday afternoon for Mrs. Anna Augusta Gosse, who died at the Owen Hospital last Wednesday of a heart ailment.
Burial took place at the Colby Cemetery, the Rev. W.K. Hartman officiating.

Mrs. Gosse, nee Anna Wienes was born at Sheboygan, March 3;0, 1880. She had been a resident of a farm one mile southwest of Abbotsford for the past 19 years. She was married to William Gosse at Sheboygan on April 22, 1900.

Her husband and two sons, Clarence and Melvin, survive, as does a grandchild, a brother Charles Wienes, at Sheboygan, and two step-sisters, Mrs. Fred Gosse, Cleveland and Mrs. William Hamman, Plymouth.
