After a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin 1740 South 66 Street, Milwaukee will be the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Ellison, who exchanged wedding vows Saturday, November 4, at 1 p.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Green Grove, Unity.

The Rev. Arthur Rasch officiated at the ceremony uniting Miss Donna Lee Koski, route 1, Loyal and Gordon Charles Ellison, Milwaukee.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Arvo J. Koski and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Ellison, route 1, Loyal.

Mr. Koski gave his daughter in marriage during the ceremony for which Mrs. Calvin Schultz was organist and Vern Dahlby, accompanied by Mrs. Jean Voss, was soloist. They sang “Wedding Prayer” and “The Lord’s Prayer.”

The bride was seen in a A-line gown of brocade and pearl pillbox to hold her shoulder pouf veil. She carried phalaenfield orchids and stephanotis.

Miss Dorothy Seebandt, Marshfield was the maid of honor, and Miss Barbara Hendrickson, Milwaukee, was maid the bridesmaids.

The aides donned peacock blue chiffon cages over taffeta peacock peau de sole and matching three-rose cluster headpieces with pouf veils. They carried wicker hoops to which were affixed bronze and white chrysanthemums.

Roger Ellison, Milwaukee, served as best man; James Koski, Johnson Creek, groomsman; and Jack Molle and David Fricke performed ushering duties.

A wedding reception was held at Langfeldt’s Supper Club, Loyal. Dinner was served at the Star Lodge Motel, Loyal. and in the evening a dance was held at the Spencer Municipal Hall.

The bride a 1965 graduate of Loyal High School, attended Wisconsin State University-Whitewater for two years and is employed by McKesson and Robbins, Inc.

The groom is also a 1965 graduate of Loyal High School and is a laborer for Concrete and Masonry Inc. of New Berlin.
