Charles Peterson, who makes his home with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brockhaus, celebrated his 95th birthday anniversary Jan. 14. A group of friends enjoyed the honor of attending the celebration dinner at the Brockhaus home on Sunday, Jan. 16. Mrs. Brockhaus also baked him a birthday cake. Mr. Peterson came to Colby several years ago from Minnesota and has made his home with the Brockhaus’ for the past two or three years. Just prior to his birthday anniversary, Mr. Peterson had been hospitalized at Medford for one week. He was able to return home the same day as his birthday anniversary and is enjoying fair health.
