Moh, Dora (03 Nov 1879 - ? Oct 1968)

Funeral services were held at Zion Lutheran Church, Granton on Sunday afternoon for Mrs. Dora Moh who died suddenly Wednesday evening at the home of her son, Mr. and Mrs. Lucien Moh. The Rev. Roland Roehrs officiated and burial was made in the church cemetery. The Gilbertson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Robert Helm, accompanied by the organist Mrs. Leland Garbisch sang "Abide With Me" and "Asleep in Jesus."

Pallbearers were Walter Schlinsog, Allen Reisner, Walter Trimberger, Ervin Sternitzky. Louis Helm and Louis Grotke.

The former Dora Sternitzky was born in the town of Lynn on November , 1879 and was married June 20, 1909 to Louis Moh at Zion Lutheran Church, Granton. The couple had farmed in Granton until her husband passed away on June 22, 1936. Since that time Mrs. Moh continued to live on the home farm with her son Lucien and family. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Ladies Aid.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Andrew (Leona) Kroeger, Hinsdale, Illinois; Mrs. Ralph (Meta) Harris, Winona, Minnesota; Mrs. Norman (Dorothy) Hannemann, York, Nebraska; three sons, Armin, Des Moines, Iowa and Lucien, Granton, and Norbert, Ees Moines. Iowa; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Bierwagn, Grass Valley, California.

Besides her husband she was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
