Guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Kalsow were the Rev. and Mrs. Adolph Schumann and daughter of Wausau, Gerhardt Scheel, Mr. and Mrs. William Hoffmann, Mrs. Martha Hoffmann, Mrs. Bob Bell and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Georgas and Mrs. Georgas’ mother. A birthday cake was made by Miss Barbara Bell for the September birthdays of Gerhardt Scheel, Cheryl Bell and C. W. Kalsow.

The Rev. and Mrs. Adolph Schumann and daughter attended church services in Globe Sunday. The Rev. Schumann is a former pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church. After the service, the Schumann’s were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wegner.

Mr. and Mrs. Garald Hart recently returned from a one-week vacation. They visited their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hart, and family in Racine, and Mr. and Mrs. William Hughes in Milwaukee; and spent the weekend with Mr. Hart’s brother, Lloyd Hart, and family, in Faribault, Minn.

Supper guests Sunday in honor of the 37th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Garald Hart were their daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Burr, and Mrs. Harry Bedell and families.

Mrs. Ole Aspen spent three days in the Rochester Clinic last week for a checkup.

Mr and Mrs. Ray Butt spent a day recently in Beaver Dam with Mr. and Mrs. Don Dahlke.

Mr. and Mrs. Harold McCuen of La Crose and Mrs. Oscar Kuenkel of Neillsville visited at the Tony Ulesich home near Willard one day last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Burr spent Friday and Saturday in Bloomer with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Yakesh.
