Ralph Alstot, the son of O. J. and Hattie (Oliner) Alstot, was born September 8, 1907, in Cedar Rapids, Ia., and came to Clark County as a young boy, locating in the Town of Grant. He attended area rural schools and high school and began his education in Iowa. His marriage to the former Irma Bohnsack took place June 11, 1931, in Neillsville. After their marriage, the couple farmed in the Town of Weston until 1950; he then operated an egg business for several years. Survivors, in addition to his wife, are a sister, mrs. Harvey (Lucille) Quesnell of Milwaukee, and a brother, Floyd Alstot of Neillsville.

Pallbearers were Lyall Johnson, Ray Wetzel, Merton Townsend, Darol Lewis, Carl Diercks and Fred Munkholm.
Wilfred Galstad sang “Rock of Ages” and “Abide with me” to his self-accompaniment.

Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Quesnell of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hagenson of Stanley and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Riggs of Sheboygan were out-of-towners who attended the services.
