------ Pecher, Bonnie (01 APR 1967)

Miss Bonnie Pecher, Marshfield, became the bride of Dennis Schelling, Abbotsford, in a nuptial high mass held Saturday, April 1, at Our Lady of Peace Catholic church at Marshfield. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Pecher, Marshfield, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Noel Schelling, Abbotsford.

The Rev. William Matzek, pastor of Our Lady of Peace church, performed the ceremony. Miss Marlene Schelling, Abbotsford, sister of the groom, was maid of honor, and Gerry Pecher, Marshfield, a brother of the bride, was best man. Len Zowislan, Marshfield, served as usher. Music during the ceremony was provided by the choir and organist of Our Lady of Peace church.

For her wedding the bride wore a yellow crepe sheath dress with elbow-length sleeves. The full-length skirt had daisy trim, an empire waist, and the flowered headpiece held a short bouffant veil. She carried a cascade of white carnations.

The ceremony was followed by a reception and dinner at the Twi-Lite Motel, Marshfield. About 50 guests came from Escanaba and Kingsford, Mich.; Minneapolis, Minn., and Milwaukee, Prairie du Chien, Auburndale and Edgar.

The couple planned a wedding trip to Michigan. The bride is employed as a book keeper at Central State Bank, Marshfield, and the groom is an electrician at Spencer Sports Products, Spencer.
