Borowski, Susan M. (23 SEP 1967)

Father Vaughn Brockman performed the marriage ceremony of Susan Marie Borowski and Richard C. Lindstrom on Saturday, Sept. 23, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Chippewa Falls.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Borowski, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mrs. Carl F. Lindstrom, Chippewa Falls.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length sheath of silk peau de soie fashioned with long tapered sleeves and a scoop neckline complementing the fitted bodice. Re-embroidered Alencon lace graced the front of the slim silhouette, highlighted by a cutaway overskirt sweeping into a chapel train.

Her sheer bouffant veil of illusion fell from an open pillbox of imported silk organza, embellished with pearl beading, and she carried a bouquet of white roses and stephanotis.

Mrs. Jerome Jalowitz, matron of honor, and Mrs. Roger Dachel, bridesmaid, wore ankle length gowns of frosted apricot linen with elbow sleeves. The gowns were fashioned with square neckline and slender skirt. Back interest was created by an alocado velvet bow, with streamers which fell past the waistline. Open pillbox of alocado velvet secured their blush veils, and each carried green spider mums.

Roger Dachel served as best man, with John Sinette as groomsman. Ushers were Ray Schell and Donald Borowski.

A reception was held at St. Hedwig's Parish Hall, Thorp.

After a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin, they will make their home at 1204 Dennis St., Chippewa Falls.
