Wehrman, Vicki Lee (Marriage - 7 July 1973)

Miss Vickie Lee Wehrman and Randall Helm were married July 7 at the Loyal United Methodist Church by the Rev. Gene Carlson, who was assisted by the Rev. Norbert E. King of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Later the newlyweds were honored at a reception, dinner and dance at the Club Arbutus in Neillsville.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wehrman of Loyal, and the groom is the son of James Helm of Loyal and the late Mrs. Delores Helm.

Jane Lato, Loyal, was the matron of honor. Other bridal attendants were Rebecca Hinke of Colby as bridesmaid, Shelly Shupe as junior bridesmaid and Kay Wehrman as flower girl.

Serving as bestman was Joseph Roth, Loyal. Greg Piehl, Arlington Heights, Il., was the groomsman, Tom Lauenstein, Loyal, the junior groomsman, and Todd Seaman, Loyal, the ringbearer. Ushers were Rick Suda, Greenwood, and Mark Rueth, Loyal.

Mrs. Ruth Korn was the organist, Mrs. Sharon Schoonover, the soloist and Robert Stewart, the guitarist.

The new Mrs. Helm is a 1973 graduate of Loyal High School. Her husband graduated from the same school in 1972 and also attended Kenosha Technical Institute. He is employed as a bookkeeper at a Milwaukee savings and loan company.

Following a tour of the Eastern states, the newlyweds will live in Milwaukee.
