Linda Bulgrin, a student at Ripon College, was recently elected to membership in
The Laurel, a newly organized senior women's honorary society. The society was
established in order to recognize those women who have displayed outstanding
qualities of leadership, service and scholarship during their years at Ripon. In
order to be considered for membership in The Laurel, the candidates must be at
least second semester junior and must rate academically in the top 35 percent of
the entire junior class. Miss Bulgrin was one of seven women chosen to be a
member of this organization.
