Samantha Strehlow and Ryan Eckert were united in marriage on September 20, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens. Rev. Jeff Lambrecht officiated.

Samantha is the daughter of Lawrence and Dawn Strehlow, Hurley. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in field biology from UW-River Falls and is currently teaching middle school science at St. Joseph’s in Stratford.

Ryan is the son of Anthony and Cheryl Eckert, Medford. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in crop and soil science from UW-River Falls and is currently employed for Cropping Central of Edgar.

Maid of honor was Karie Glander. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Beyrer, Courtney Hartwig, Vivian Chen, Dani Mattson and Amber Becker.

Best man was Tryston Beyrer. Groomsmen were Ben Tegen, Eric Hartwig, Pat Steinke, Matt Feldmeirer and Derick Johnson.

Ushers were Nathan Eckert, Eric Voight, Travis Zakrzewski and Gary Reith.

A reception, dinner and dance for 250 guests was held at Country Aire, Stratford.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Door County and Washington Island.

They currently reside in Medford.
