James Frederick Pyle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor A. Pyle, 850 Garber Road, North Muskegon, Mich., claimed as his brother Saturday, Aug. 21, 1965, Miss Linda Marie Bulgrin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis E. Bulgrin, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.).

The wedding was performed at 4:30 p.m. in St. Katherine’s Episcopal Church by the Rev. Richard Hewetson with Mrs. William Klammer at the organ. Yellow and white chrysanthemums and white gladioli decorated the church altar.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an elegant floor length bridal gown with detachable chapel train, fashioned of peau de soie, styled with scoop neckline, long tapered sleeves and empire style waist with A-line skirt. The bodice was richly trimmed with braid, pearls and bugle beads and a bias band extended the empire waist, ending in bow and streamers at back. Her headpiece was a matching peau pillbox with Alencon lace and pearl trim and bouffant veil of pure silk imported English illusion. She carried a handpicked bouquet of white and yellow daisies and yellow roses with white streamers.

Miss Linda Pyle of North Muskegon, Mich., sister of the groom, was maid of honor. She was attired in a floor length gown of cotillion blue crepe with empire style waist and A-line skirt. Her petalled headpiece with pouf veil was in matching blue.

Frederick Damm of North Muskegon, Mich., cousin of the groom, was best man, and ushers were Tim Bulgrin, brother of the bride, and Delmar Anderson.

The wedding reception, immediately followed the ceremony, took place at the Meadowview County Club.

Mrs. Pyle, a 1962 graduate of the Owen-Withee Senior High School, is a student at Ripon College, at which she will be a senior this year. Her husband, a 1963 graduate of Ripon College, is serving in the U.S. Army and will be leaving shortly for overseas duty.

After the wedding, they left for a brief honeymoon in northern Wisconsin and Michigan.

Out of town guests at the wedding included Mr. and Mrs. Victor A. Pyle, Mrs. Adam Pyle Jr., Mr. and Mrs. James Jackson and David and Steven, Dr. and Mrs. L.L. Loder, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Taylor, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wilson, Mr. and Mrs. E. LaVerne Johnson, and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Bailey, all of North Muskegon, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Arne Hukkala, Mr. and Mrs. Einar Niemi, Miss Norma Niemi of Waukegan, Ill.; and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Erickson and children, Bill, Marcia and Susan, of Addison, Ill.
