Raymond, Harry P. (? – 25 MAR 1966)

Friday morning the J.R. Barager family received word that his uncle, Harry P. Raymond, a former Withee (Clark Co., Wis.) resident, and graduate of Owen High School, had died in Florida.

The Raymond's left after World War I and had spent most the time in the east. In recent years, prior to his retirement in April of 1959, he was district supervisor of the Chicago office of the Interstate Commerce Commission.

Since 1959 they have spent the summer months in Wisconsin at their summer home on Sand Lake, near New Auburn, and the winters in Florida at Winter Haven, where they had built a new home.

He was returning home from a business call and apparently became ill while driving, as police found him dead with his car parked on the shoulder of the highway.
