The roads are in a terrible condition again.

H. S. Mulvey is making a business trip down the line.

Miss Inez Carpenter is visiting her uncle Dr. Richmond.

M. G. Fleckenstein of Marshfield, was a business caller Monday. The Misses Anna Jacques and Lissie Emerson drove to Neillsville Sunday.

Dr. C. Barber visited friends and elatives at Warren a few days last week.

Mr. W. T. Wright went to Minneapolis the latter part "of last week on business.

Mrs., Minnie Blumenstein will be a Marshfield caller tomorrow, that s, if the weather permits Will Blumenstein severed his connections with the Hotel Central and left-Sunday for Marshfield. Mrs. C. E. Tucker and little son Lawrence visited at Marshfield with friends a few days last week. Mir and Mrs. Blumenstein and Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Wright were shopping at Greenwood Saturday Mrs. W. T. Wright left Tuesday to visit friends at Chippewa. She will be absent the balance of the week.

The ice cream social given by the ladies of the Catholic congregation was a great success. A pro fit of $32 was realized. The Loyal base ball team are more popular than ever. They played with the' Greenwood boys Saturday and Sunday they played with Hewitt and won both games.
