Dells Dam (17 Oct 1918)

The Sewing Circle which was to be held at Mrs. Dahlie’s Wednesday, Oct. 16, has been postponed on account of sickness and there has been no other date set as yet.

John Apfel is the owner of a Ford car.

It is reported that Bill Gehrt and several other men had to fight fire all night Saturday to save the buildings on the Gehrt farm.

Peter Larson is doing the mason work on Pearl Braman’s silo this week.

Mrs. Harry Anderson returned to Neillsville to her work Saturday.

Mrs. Chas. Horton and Mrs. Frank Raether called at the Alfred Weinberg home Saturday.
