Sackmann, Ronald “Ronnie” A. (24 JUN 1954 - 23 AUG 2015)

Ronald “Ronnie” A. Sackmann, age 61, passed away Sunday, August 23 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield.

Cremainal Inurnment will take place at a later date in Stetsonville Public Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, August 27 at the Hemer Funeral Home, Medford where there will be a 7:00 P.M. Prayer Service led by Deacon Joseph Stefancin.

Ronnie was born June 24, 1954 in Medford, to Clarence C. and Elizabeth F. (Baumer) Sackmann.

He attended Stetsonville Elementary Grade School and Medford High School. In his younger years he worked on his neighbor’s dairy farm. Ronnie then started at Stetson Hardwoods where he worked until the time of his death. He enjoyed making maple syrup, model aviation, hunting and long leisure drives. He was a member of Hobbyland Flyers.

Survivors include siblings Randy of Stetsonville, Brian of Medford and Rick of Stetsonville, Lennethe Adams of Medford, Kathryn (Jeff) Klinger of Medford and Theresa (Samuel) Zagorski of Gilman.

Ronnie is predeceased by his parents, Clarence C. and Elizabeth F. (Baumer) Sackmann.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Ronnie’s family to be designated at a later date.
