Reinart, Judy Ann (Marriage - 20 April 1974)

Marriage vows were exchanged Saturday, April 20, at 1 p.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church by Miss Judy Ann Reinart and Kent A. Lonning. The Rev. Charles D. Brady officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Reinart, Rt. 1 Neillsville and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gale Lonning, Rt. 3 Neillsville.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride appeared in an A-line gown of white chiffon fashioned with an attached train, long, fitted sleeves, and bands of lace forming a front panel on the bodice and skirt. Her tiara headpiece held her mother’s wedding veil. White roses and lilies of the valley formed her bouquet.

Matron of honor was Mrs. George Vojtech, Phillips. Mrs. Dale Reinart, Neillsville, Miss Connie Lonning, Green Bay, Mrs. Dean Haggerty, Menomonie, and Miss Joy Lonning, Neillsville, were the bridesmaids. Their empire-waist gowns styled in rainbow shades of blue, green, lilac, rose and blue, respectively, featured flocked skirts, chiffon bodices and wide-cuffed chiffon sleeves. Each wore a matching ribbon headpiece and carried a ball of roses and lilies of the valley, with roses keyed to the hue of the gown and held by matching ribbon.

Melvin Nemitz, Neillsville, acted as bestman. Groomsmen were Dale Reinart, Neal Lonning and Wayne Reinart, all of Neillsville. Ushering duties were shared by Forrest Buffington, Forest City, Ia., and Richard Schultz, Franksville.

Knights of the Altar were Lee Reinart and Bruce Kingsbury, both of Neillsville. Mrs. Glen Short was the organist and Howard Mathis, the soloist.

A reception at the American Legion Hall was followed in the evening by a dance at the Silver Dome.

The former Miss Reinart was honored at a prenuptial shower given by Mrs. Dale Reinart.
