Globe (30 Jan 1919)

Mrs. B. Leatherdale has resigned her position as teacher in the Globe school. Norman Schroeder of Neillsville will take her place for the balance of the term.

Miss Helen Schroeder was at Marshfield for a few days’ visit.

Erna Grap went to Neillsville Monday to work in the drying plant.

Mr. and Mrs. Oswald Pischer and baby of Granton visited at the G. Mallig home Sunday.

Paul Hagadorn and wife had their baby christened Sunday.

Louis Scheel is visiting his sister at Eau Claire.

Mrs. Wm. Mitte had a few ladies help her strip feathers last Wednesday.

Tom Bruley of Neillsville was a Globe caller last week.

Frank Grap helped Gus. Kuhl cut wood last week.
