The 1963 Greenwood Community High School students who will attend Badger Boys' and Girls' State are Judy Toburen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Toburen, Route 2, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), Steven Hemersbach, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfonse Hemersbach, Route 1, Owen, and William Turnquist, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Turnquist, Route 3, Greenwood.
The boys will attend Badger Boys' State on the Ripon College campus June 15-22, and are sponsored by the Greenwood Wallis-Hinker American Legion Post 238, and the Greenwood Rotary Club. Judy Toburen will attend Badger Girls' State on the University of Wisconsin campu June 15-22, and is being sponsored by the Greenwood American Legion Auxiliary.
The representatives are Juniors who have been selected by the faculty on the basis of leadership, character, scholarship, and physical fitness.
