John V. Staut of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.( has received a promotion to a high
post in the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps program at Marquette University
in Milwaukee.
Staut, son of Mr. and Mrs. Javid Staut, La Crosse, has been promoted to cadet
operations officer of the first battalion with the rank of first lieutenant.
A graduate of Greenwood High School, Staut is a senior in Marquette's College of
Engineering and majoring in mechanical engineering. He resides at 943 N. 15th.
Street in Milwaukee.
