Sandy Meissner, a Wisconsin State University, Oshkosh senior from Chili (Clark Co., Wis.), is one of 24 students to be honored at the university's Honors Day, May 11, 1971, as an outstanding senior.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Meissner, Route 1, Chili.

Miss Meissner is president of the Nursing Class of 1971, and chairman of the Pin and Cap Committee of the School of Nursing. She is a charter member of Alpha Tau Delta, professional nursing sorority, and recently was elected as the Outstanding Collegian for 1971 of Phi Mu, a social sorority, of which she has been vice president. She was an honor student as a freshman and sophomore.
