The 25th annual reunion of the Edmund Kuester family took place July 18, 1971 at the Arthur Kuester home, Unity.

The group attended services at 11 a.m. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Riplinger, with Rev. D. Ault as pastor, after which pictures were taken and dinner served in a garage, as weather was rainy and cool.

In the afternoon cards, volleyball and bingo were played and movies shown by Edgar Kuester. The activities were concluded with a supper and record music.

Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Rex, Riplinger; Wilbert Kuester, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kuester, Unity; Mrs. Dennis Weiler, Deanna and Donna, Milwaukee; Carolyn Kuester, Madison; Mr. and Mrs. Helmuth Kuester, Karen Rose, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Kuester, Diane and Pamela; Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Kuester, Mr. Edgar Kuester, Bernice Huber, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Kuester, all of Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Kuester, Lynette, Joanna, Olin, Iowa; Rev and Mrs. Immanuel Kuester, Peter, Oshkosh; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Kuester, Oregon, Wisconsin; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Blasel and Donald, Dale, and Duane, Medford.

Unable to be present were Mr. and Mrs. Victor Kuester and Warren and Steven, Milwaukee, Charles Kuester, Olin, Iowa; David Kuester, Oshkosh; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Neitzel and Sue Ann, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Orville Rex, Christina and Daniel, Brookfield, Dennis Weiler, Milwaukee, and Linda Lee Kuester, Milwaukee.
