Southeast Westin (10 Apr 1919)

Mr. and Mrs. Guy Cramer spent Sunday at Neillsville.

Sidney Prescher is working for Charles Peck.

Dave and Hank Ross were out dragging the roads last Wednesday.

Ernest Campbell, Frank Zickert and Joe Strangfeldt helped Frank Wilson saw wood one day last week.

Ted Schlinkert is working at the county farm.

Louis Kaudy has returned from France. We are all glad to see him back again.

Mr. and Mrs. Rhine Zickert, Mr. and Mrs. Will Roehl and families spent Sunday at F. Zickert’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wilson were callers at John Marquardt’s Sunday.

Robert Jacob was at Chicago last Tuesday to attend the funeral of his sister-in-law.

Jack Richardson has moved back to the farm and will help his brother, Hal.

Sol Barret and family, who have been living on the Furlong place, have moved to Christie.

Among those who helped our new neighbor move onto the Furlong farm are: Gust Seavert, Bill Bohnsack, Alvin Jacob and Henry Bohnsack.

Carl Kroll hauled home a quantity of Swift’s fertilizer last Friday.

Hank Marquardt is breaking a colt.
