Westendorf, Jane Sheila (12 AUG 1967)

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence LeFevre are making their home in Janesville since returning from a honeymoon that took them through northern Wisconsin. The couple was married at 8 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 1967.

Miss Jane Sheila Westendorf, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Westendorf, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), exchanged vows with the son of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin LeFevre, Jefferson, before the Rev. Robert Goessling, pastor in the United Church of Christ at Owen. Her father gave her min marriage.

John Hall, Eagle River, was the organist and Miss Sue Westendorf sang solo selections, as did the groom's father, Mr. LeFevre.

The bride chose a floor length empire sheath of Chantilly lace and sheer organza over taffeta for her wedding. It's detachable train was in chapel length and the bridal veil of bouffant sheer illusion fell from a lace and pearl band. She carried a white bouquet of white stephanotis on white net and streamers.

Miss Beth Westendorf, Milwaukee, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Ann Westendorf, Withee; Mrs. Robert Prock, Eau Claire; Miss Suzanne Heileman, Appleton, and Miss Claudia LeFevre, Jefferson.

All were in identically styled floor length coat ensembles of chiffon in hot pink, with Venice lace daisy trim and blusher veils held to chiffon pillboxes with daisy accents. Each carried white daisies with deep pink centers and dark green streamers.

Ramon LeFevre of Eau Galle, Florida, was best man in the groom's party. Ed Bohem, Peshtigo; Art Feldman, Owen; Ted Schnese, Omaha, Nebraska, and Al Blohm, Menasha, were groomsmen. Dennis Schraufnagel, Colby, and Paul Blohm, Menasha, seated the wedding guests.

After the church services a reception and cafeteria luncheon were held at the Meadowview County Club in Owen.

Mrs. LeFevre is attending Lawrence University in Appleton, where she will be a senior this fall. She is a member of Sigma Alpha Iota. Her husband graduated from Lawrence University in 1962 and is now head of vocal music at Janesville Senior High School.
